PITTSBURGH (04/27/2005) - On Saturday, April 23, 2005, staff and families spent the day at the zoo in celebration of "The Week of the Young Child." The 4 Kids volunteers set up a table and children could create an "Ocean in a Bottle" scene and/or make butterflies.

Another table introduced visitors to "Kards4Kids." Kards4Kids is a new program that creates and sells birthday, thank-you and note cards featuring photos of 4 Kids children and their artwork. All proceeds support 4 Kids. Visit the website www.kards4kids.org and see the cards for yourself!
