More Science Celebration

PITTSBURGH (07/21/2004) - The Carnegie Science Center made ice cream with the children at the Super Summer Science Celebration. Staff used whipping cream, half & half, sugar, vanilla, food coloring, and liquid nitrogen to create this frozen treat. It was perfect for a hot summer day!
